€” to immerse themselves in one of the world’s last great temperate ra
inforests.–––––Art for Takayna is more than an exhibition\, it
is a call to action. For five days\, artists from across Australia camp
ed in Takayna's remote forests. Under myrtle trees and the hidden gaze o
f animals\, they created art as a living memory of this ancient ecosyste
 m. This is the story of Takayna told through the eyes of over 100 artist
s.\n\n\n\nThis year’s exhibition brings together a powerful collection
of works spanning photography\, painting\, sculpture and performances.\
n\n\n\nTogether\, they form a compelling call to action - a visual remin
der of what stands to be lost forever.\n\n\n\nEntry to the exhibition is
free\, and artworks are available for purchase. A variety of performanc
es\, artist talks and workshops will also happen throughout the exhibiti
